• Scripts were returned, all done
• Are we paying Jordan? Yes- Carlin and Scott will be talking to Jordan

Production Manager (Carlin Bright):

• Show this semester
• Light, Sound, and Props designer are needed

Marketing Director (Nikky Saint-Aubin filling in for David Hollis):

• Need a poster design
• David going to paint the Urinetown brick soon

Secretary (Melinda Ellington):

• No report

President (Julie Dykas):

• Have alcohol form and change of officer form, waiting for Dr. Bob to sign
• Reserved a room for Club meeting, Room 359 in student center

Faculty Adviser (Dr. Wood):

• Cleaning out Greg’s office, moving Melissa’s stuff in

Committees

Historian (Morgan Miller):

• Gathering stuff since 2003 and shipping to library
• Looking into putting show tapes on to DVDs in mass scale through a professional company
• Want a list of themes for banquets since banquet started, talking to Amanda, maybe in weekly update

Technical Services Committee:

• Server turned off from OIT, someone torrenting a LARGE amount from DramaTech

• When are FASET shows? Talk to Carlin

Old Business:

• No one can be in the theater Wednesday-Saturday

New Business:

• Dean Alfred stopped by, anyone wants tickets to Weight lifting competition, talk to him
• Eric Sample would like to put his name in for Technical Director
• We should have TD so someone is on top of classes, have contact with first center, help Melissa get acquainted with DT and how things work; it is an EC vote?; should we look outside?
