Business Manager (Scott McGraw):

• We have a new buzzcard reader
• Looking to get the buzzcard revenue deposited
• New keys for people (made a copy of the key for storage and the genie)
• Ordering bags for FASET

Production Manager (Carlin Bright):

• Positions are filled in Sugarlumpkins
• Focusing next week on getting people in assistant positions
• Looking for people interested in FASET show

Marketing Director (Nikky Saint-Aubin filling in for David Hollis):

• We have a poster design being done by Russell
• Ending call for program designer on Friday

Secretary (Melinda Ellington):

MAL (Chris Bimbo):

• No report

President (Julie Dykas):

• Talked to Dr. Bob, signed off on forms finally, turning in them this week
• discussing technical director stuff

Technical Services Committee:

• Fire Marshal came, we’re looking good but need a sign for the sprinkler room
• Guy from KSU will be here tomorrow to return our strip lights
• Scott got new keys made, including genie key

Open House (Morgan Miller and Stephanie Sellers):

• We opened announcements for committee members, Quigley is on top of things
• NEED COMMITTEE MEMBERS!

Old Business:

• Technical Director- Dr. Bob thinks Eric will be a good director for the next year to give Melissa a good idea about who should be the technical director. TD will be part time, we need to look into getting Eric on pay roll.

New Business: *Suggest making a FASET committee, maybe joint with Open House?
FASET flyers, people, etc. fall under the in Open House committee, logistics stay with marketing director (will work together as needed)
