Business Manager (Scott McGraw):

• Looking for a house manager
• Getting buzzcard account moved

Production Manager (Carlin Bright):

• Dates are getting hammered for spring
• We have dates in Ferst Center for the spring musical. Tech Sunday is the second Sunday of spring break

Marketing Director (Nikky Saint-Aubin filling in for David Hollis):

• We have a poster design finished
• We have a program designer (Morgan)
• Marquee will be changed tomorrow,
• Will talk to Morgan about spamming entire GATech community w/ Sugarlumpkins email

Secretary (Melinda Ellington):

• No report

MAL (Chris Bimbo):

• No Report

President (Julie Dykas):

• Got new Atlanta Coalition of Performing Arts form, putting it out this week

Committee Reports:

LTT!:

• Put out call for FASET shows, gotten responses, need more
• Putting out call for sugarlumpkins shows

Technical Services Committee:

• Have strip lights, gobo rotator was returned
• End of year spending lists being put together

Historian (Morgan Miller):

• Filing boxes to ship stuff off to library, need places to put stuff
• Hopefully 2003-present soon

Open House (Morgan Miller and Stephanie Sellers):

• Have lots of directors but still need skits

• In talking with GTCN, he asked if we had a mailing list specifically for events, maybe we should put that together, so it doesn’t get weekly spam, just for audience; Secretary should set it up
