Business Manager (Scott McGraw):

• Eric is on payroll, Brad is off,
• Starting to pay personnel for BBIF

Production Manager (Carlin Bright):

• Tech Sunday is this Sunday
• We have Ops

Marketing Director (Nikky Saint-Aubin filling in for David Hollis):

• Chris is in charge of chalking and postering
• We have posters printed and a program design almost done
• Scott is in charge of painting the sandwich board

Secretary (Melinda Ellington): She put a subject in her email and mixed up the bio

Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger):

• No Report

President (Julie Dykas): **Almost done with ACPA, need to get a check from Scott

Historian (Morgan Miller):

• Still looking for stuff from designers
• Have purchased filing boxes

Technical Services Committee:

• Meeting about the Box Office updates this evening
• We have shelves that need to be installed in the props dock
• We cleaned one of the stained glass windows
• Looking into getting new locks

Open House (Morgan Miller and Stephanie Sellers):

• FASET went well
• We have 6 names, 1 freshman is already involved

LTT!:

• We’ve got shows for after sugarlumpkins shows: 27, 5, 11
• Pure LTT show: 24-26 July
• BBIF meetings are on going
