Officer Reports:

Business Manager (Scott McGraw):

• Getting check for the ACPA application
• Sing up to help in the box office

Production Manager (Carlin Bright):

• will need a "curtain designer" and light designer for the LTT! shows as well as SM, etc.

Marketing Director (Nikky Saint-Aubin filling in for David Hollis):

• chalking and flyring have been done (and again tomorrow)
• Housing posters are up
• Ad in Technique
• Plasma ad turned in
• Poster in the Student Center is Turned in

Secretary (Melinda Ellington:

• Email and back and forth to make weekly emails more consistent and from a GT email address
• Nicky has offered to send minutes to info@dramatech.org

MAL (Chris Bimbo):

• ACPA app almost done. Need to write some amount of words about what DramaTech is

Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger):

• Artistic Director's Choice in the spring: Keeping up with the Joneses, it is about family of geniuses

• Hazer is working agin
• Facilities is working on air conditioning in lobby
• Props dock shelf installation scheduled for 4th of July weekend
• Meeting next week on costume workshop
