Officer Reports:

Production Manager (Carlin Bright):

• Need to take pictures of props and set pieces for the Burdell dinner. I plan on doing this tomorrow after the club meeting, if anyone wants to join me.
• Calls have been put out for:
  a) Burdell dinner performances
  b) LTT! design and crew positions
  c) Murder Mystery design and crew positions
• Talking with Craig about directing VT

Business Manager (Scott McGraw):

• The check for ACPA is coming soon
• Looking into getting rights and scripts for our next season

Marketing Director (Nikky Saint-Aubin filling in for David Hollis):

• No Report

Secretary (Melinda Ellington):

• No Report

MAL (Chris Bimbo):

• No Report

President (Julie Dykas):

• Got the ACPA thing ready, waiting for the check

Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger):

• I will contact play write for rights for AD show
• Counting down the days till I’m here full time

Committee Reports:

Technical Services Committee:

• Talked to Aisha about the musical dates, we’re not gonna have the first few dates in the Ferst Center for the final weekend. Would be:
  Wed-Thurs-> load in rehearsal
  Shows Fri-Sun matinee
  They do not provide help for load in unless we will pay for them. Can we put up our lights earlier that week? Probably not.
  THIS IS NOT FINALIZED! We need to meet and talk,
• We have tables for open house
• The props dock is clean and shelves have been installed, don’t mess it up
• Still need signs for the sprinkler room.

LTT!:

• Show this Friday and we have directors for LTT show, July 24-26
• Days for VT/LTT: Oct 16-18

Open House (Morgan Miller and Stephanie Sellers):

• Meeting tonight
• Faset this Thursday
• Sign up in Stairwell to help out with FASET
• We will need extra help putting up and tearing down the FASET stuff
• Master carpenter: Chris Bimbo
• Master electrician: Deech
• Light designer: Joseph
• Need a props designer
• Need a sound designer
• Brittany’s skit has some language, Carlin needs to check with alumni organization to see if it is alright

Historian (Morgan Miller):

• Have been contact by an alumni about a package that was deliver to Greg just before he passed away, looking into getting my hands on it. It contained lots of old posters and programs

Old Business:

• Pictures for the theater magazine

New Business:

• Official days of BBIF: 24-28 September, Open House purposes 25-28 of September
• Missing 1983 and 1985 Mary Nell awards. Putting out an announcement to FoDT to ask who get it 1985.
• At this point, VT isn’t working well. Is it worth it to keep going with VT if VT members aren’t interested? Maybe make it more of a variety show? Or just an LTT show? Something to think about and talk about next week.
