Business Manager (Scott McGraw):

• Need house manager for LTT shows
• If you want to do a small project around the theater, that’s ok, just talk to: the Business Manager or the TSC

Marketing (Nikky Saint-Aubin filling in for David Hollis):

• Carlin will be changing Marquee,
• Russell is making flyer for LTT show (instead of poster),
• I will be gone next week, if you need me email me

Production Manager (Carlin Bright):

• Burdell Alumni Dinner- looking for performances for between courses, preferably something to do with food?
• Taking Pictures of big prop/ set pieces that BAD may want to use
• Call is out for Light Designer/ Light Op for LTT show
• Call is out for Murder Mystery Stage Manager, Costume Designer, and Props Designer: October 2nd, Thursday, only show date
• VT- Looking for Director, Musical Director, and Choreographer for in the Fall

President (Julie Dykas):

• Atlanta Coalition of Performing Arts application- Just waiting for check

Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger):

• No Report

MAL (Chris Bimbo):

• No Report

Committee Reports:

Open House (Morgan Miller and Stephanie Sellers):

• FASET Tomorrow (Thursday) Need help setting up (4:45) and tearing down
• Sign up for tableing spots, only those signed up can be at the table
• Auditions for Open House skits are next Wednesday, July 16th at 6pm. If you cannot make this date, email open-house@lists.dramatech.org

LTT!:

• We have a show tomorrow after Sugarlumpkins for FASET
• We have a show Friday after Sugarlumpkins
• We have the LTT shows later this month

TSC: *The props doc is clean and organized, new shelves are installed

• We will be presenting the Costume Workshop plans to the EC next Tuesday- please attend if you are interested
• Electricity will be turned off on August 7th due to changes for Facilities

Historian (Morgan Miller):

• We are missing 1983 & 1985 Santacroce names

• Small projects have been done around the theater, we are finding a way to keep the club informed of these projects so interested parties will be kept in the loop
