Officer Reports:

Business Manager (Scott McGraw):

• We have scripts for Arcadia
• Julie is House Manager for LTT! shows
• We’re getting rights from MTI for the musical

Marketing Director (Nikky Saint-Aubin filling in for David Hollis):

• Marquee was not changed: yell at Carlin who was suppose to do it
• Will do chalking and postering after club meeting tomorrow for the LTT! show
• We have flyers for LTT! Show

Production Manager (Carlin Bright):

• Not Present
• Craig (from Urinetown) will be both Musical and Artistic Director for VT, just need choreographer
• There are shows this weekend
• FASET Shows going well
• Putting out call for positions for Arcadia after LTT! done

Secretary (Melinda Ellington):

• If you have something for her, email it to her AOL account

President (Julie Dykas):

• Last EC meeting of the semester
• Last Club meeting of the semester tomorow
• Julie will be 0ut of town the 2nd-10th

MAL (Chris Bimbo):

• No Report

Artistic Director (Melissa Foulger):

• Trying to get rights for Keeping Up with the Joneses
• Officially starting on the 4th of August
• Going to be out of town next week and will be in contact via email

Committee Reports:

TSC:

• Called facilities to look at issues with our front door
• Costume Workshop cabinet construction will be August 1st at 2pm
• Plotter is out of paper

LTT!:

• Shows this week! Chalking and flyer after EC meeting and Club meeting
• BBIF: Looking to have SM and ASM for DT and Under The Couch
  Show at 8pm on Wednesday of that week is inevitable
  Need someone to talk to Ferst Center for CFA galleries for workshops?

Open House (Morgan Miller and Stephanie Sellers):

• ordering t-shirts on Friday
• Very important meeting after this meeting
• Thank you Deech and Stephanie for helping out with FASET
• Show up for FASET this Sunday

Historian (Morgan):

• Waiting for Dr. Bob to get back
• I went to archives and all the stuff I turned in Fall semester is still not archived. Hopefully it will be in the system soon
