Artistic Director (Greg Abbott): Not Present

President (Kelly Lefler):

• Girl’s Night Out is on Saturday- Martha and Kelly are going
• Beautification day needs to be a week early this year (August 14th) because we are doing an event for the freshmen on the 20th
• Kelly wants to have a social event on next Friday, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, there will be a post
• The ACPA meeting on Saturday was successful. We learned how to market to a wider audience

Technical Director (Brad Wells):

• Winch is on schedule to start August 1st
• Parts of audio-vault are in, will be done next week

Business Manager (Eric Sample):

• Turn in receipts
• Everyone should be done purchasing things for RR
• Called buzz card people today, should finish soon

Production Manager (Martha Jaworski):

• RR is wrapping up
• Strike on Sunday
• VT is going along fine
• Sound op for VT?
• If you want buzz card access email Martha
• Need stage manager for BBIF
• If you are interested in working on WSS email Martha

Marketing Director (James Lentini):

• FASET Market place is going, there is a post on the news group about it, *please sign up for market place *If anyone is interested in writing short descriptions of the plays this year, let James know as soon as possible *Talk up RR

VarietyTech: Shows 28, 29 30, VT needs to keep bar, rehearsing

LTT!: BBIF, designing poster and postcards, had a FASET show on Sunday (went poorly, bad location-trying to find a new space), another show for RR, VT/LTT coming up

Open House: Publicity stuff is done, t-shirt ready, if you are interested talk to Jon, meeting Tuesday at 6pm

MMDT: meetings Tuesday at 6:30, working on the script, want to start auditions soon, if interested talk to Will Wright
