Artistic Director (Greg Abbott): Not Present

Technical Director (Brad Wells): Not Present

President (Kelly Lefler):

• Policies: No alcohol and No sleeping over night at the theater, book bags go on the shelves
• Club meetings are every two weeks, except we will have a meeting next week
• PRC, sign up to be on committee and also write play suggestions, meetings will be Tuesdays at 12, if you are interested you need to be able to make that time

Business Manager (Eric Sample): Turn in receipts

Production Manager (Martha Jaworski):

• Everything is going well
• MMDT is going well
• BBIF, if you are interested in helping with that should talk to Martha
• WSS is going ok

Marketing Director (James Lentini):

• Tomorrow DT is setting up a table on Skiles at 10am-2pm need one or two people to stay at the table, if you want to help talk to James
• If you are interested in working on publicity for the shows coming up talk to James

Secretary (Aubrie Lee): No Report

LTT!: BBIF is coming up very soon, need help with tickets and snacks, Friday at Skiles is Improv Open House Skiles 317 at 7pm

MMDT: We have two weeks to put it together, got a great cast, had first meeting yesterday, have another tomorrow, buy tickets fast, if you would like to help contact, Will W., Kelly, or Martha
