Artistic Director (Greg Abbott): Not Present

Technical Director (Brad Wells):

• All source four had maintenance work.
• Almost done with sound system
• Meeting Friday for winch project

President (Kelly Lefler):

• Eric is out of town, the p-card is in the safe- talk to Greg if you're going to need it.
• Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre still needs a stage manager. Writing meeting tomorrow at 6:30-basic ideas (there will be pizza), theme is wedding
• Open house needs a chair, directing/ performing (information coming later), and tech
• Girls Night Out is July 16th at 10:30, we need girls but if we can't find girls, then we will take guys
• Social "Futon"-interested in coordinating social activities- going to movies, putt-putt, pizza and movies here, etc

Business Manager (Eric Sample): Not Present

Production Manager (Martha Jarorski):

• Red Ryder is cast and rehearsal started well. Staff is needed, if you are interested ask.
• Need a stage manager for VT.

Marketing Director (James Lentini): Not Present

Secretary (Aubrie Lee): No report

LTT: Next Saturday LTT is having a workshop about having workshops, LTT is planning to work on putting LTT in a radio format

Variety Tech: meeting Sunday

Old Business:

• Greg had a meeting about the Facade on Tuesday, Critiques are on the board

New Business:

• Card Reader- Facilities pay for installation and maintenance put in over the summer- will have more information if you wish to discuss it, come to the next EC meeting.
• If someone has a leg-brace or crutch let Will Wright know.
