Officer Reports:

President (Aubrie Lee):

• Friends of DT has offered workshops (mostly costuming: building and designing)
• MAL elections on Wed at next club meeting

Dr. Bob Wood:

• No art center in future due to financial priorities, etc
• Discussion over search for a new director
• Greg�s position evolved to Instructor/Artistic Director (student services)
• Paid through LCC as a position
• Occasionally taught classes
• Search committee needs to be made � Wood will be LCC voice for continuity, maybe another LCC, Student Services, students can be on it (even those who have graduated)
• Need someone who is actually a DIRECTOR, had an influence on direction (aka PRC), also interacted outside of the theatre (voice to the outside)
• Artistic director needs to have a partnership with DT, not a managerial role
• Will have new director by hopefully next fall, spring 2008 might also be doable
• Current list of students in classes
• Tell Shannon what to do about kids in classes
• Memoriam for Greg?

Production Manager (Jon Olson):

• Peg will be director of Enemy, wants to do original translation (Arthur Miller?)
• Auditions will be announced eventually
• Assassins moving along, directors are back in town, blocking was done Sunday, heavy lights will be done Saturday, light strike Wed after club meeting
• Call for positions for Enemy probably put out for today

Business Manager (Eric Sample): Will be gone for Wednesday until weekend

Marketing Director (Carlin Bright):

• Poster almost finished
• All jobs taken care of for Assassins
• Haven�t found poster maker for Enemy
• Assassins campaign � Brad and Allie maybe spearheading a game of Assassins campuswide, no limit on free tickets, 2 tickets per person for prize who kills everyone in the cast

Secretary (Nikky Saint-Aubin): No report

MAL (Katie Zimmerman):

• Make-up cabinet needs replacing, drawers to be bought
• will show prices and figures to business manager

Committee Reports:

PRC: Slates will be ready in about two weeks

LTT!:

• DSIF going fine, set for February 9
• Needs date for improv, Friends of DT wants to sponsor
• Work for BBIF underway

TSB:

• Genie is dead, not sure of problem, lights will be working at minimum until fixed
• New glass ordered
• Headset system now has antennas in black box
• Fire marshall is fine for Assassins
• Need to contact police department
• Elizabeth Cooper for guns, potentially only $300 for guns and ammunition as opposed to $5000
