• Tried to post something to news, but it doesn't work well
• Searching for Banquet Chair

Dr. Bob Wood: Still working on plans

Technical Director (Brad Wells): Genie is waiting on a part, should be in on Monday(today), but we hope to here from him tomorrow

Production Manager (Jon Olson):

• Assassins moving along nicely
• Enemy auditions this weekend starting at 7
• Peg Ordered Scripts from Amazon, rights aren't aquired yet though
• Word about rights on wednesday
• Contracts go fast
• Chalking for letting the public know?
• Newbies list for contacting people?
• Mailing lists going to be set up for future mailing lists
• Order projector tomorrow for Assassins, costing $4,000-5,000

• EC Nominations open soon? Open this wednesday
• Historian?

  Keeping up with old posters, programs. Good thing would be to go through and organize Historian Draw, then send to Archives in Library. Also in charge of getting together pictures from shows. Ideally have posters and program stuff in the Archives. Would be a committee chair rather than an EC position. Bring it back up after EC nominations. President appointed, so they can pick whether it should be voted or not. Don't need an actual title to do it if someone wants to.
