Attending: Eric Sample, Alli Hundley, Joseph Daigle, Carlin Bright, Julie Dykas, Deech Madhaven, Brad Wells, Morgan Miller, Brad Knebel

Officer Reports

Business Manager (Alli Hundley):

• Has gotten almost all of the receipts for Rumors

Production Manager (Joseph Daigle):

• Setting up appointment with lock shop, should be done in the next week or two
• The theatre will be going into Macbeth full time once Open House is finished

Marketing Director (Carlin Bright):

• Media Committee Meetings will be starting next Monday at six.
• The first class will be on September 3rd.
• There will be chalking and flier distribution after the club meeting on Wednesday.

Secretary (Julie Dykas):

• Need more office supplies; let her know what you need.

Technical Director (Brad Wells):

• Almost all of end of year spending is done, all that is missing is the pipe for the grid spans.
• Look into canceling the lights class or having members work on costumes and props

MAL (Deech Madhaven):

• No report

Dr. Bob Wood :

• The search will be started for a new Artistic Director.
• The ad should be going out in a week or two, including being put on the DT website and in newspapers.
• The committee will consist of Dr. Bob, Carol Senf, and two DT members.

Committee Reports

Historian (Morgan Miller) :

• Posters have been hung in the lobby.
• Donations of archive material for the past 30 years have been given by Amanda.
• Those pieces will be scanned and sent over to the library.

New Business

• There will be a call for a Social Chair/Social Futon at the next Club Meeting.
• Look into updating the definition of an Active Member.

• We will begin taking attendance during club meetings and work parties.

• TSC recommendations and voting.
