Officer Reports

Business Manager (Alli Hundley) :

• Turn in receipts, especially for Open House

Production Manager (Joseph Daigle) :

• Lots of positions available for Macbeth, barrage him with emails.

Marketing Director (Carlin Bright) :

• First Media Committee Meeting next Monday the 27th at 6 in the Production Office. If you have any marketing ideas or want to help out, please come.
• There will be some publicity work (chalking and fliers) for Macbeth auditions and Open House right after this meeting.

Secretary (Julie Dykas) :

• If you think we need more office supplies, let her know.

MAL (Deech Madhaven) :

• This is his last day. Nominations for our next MAL open today.

President (Eric Sample) :

• A copy of the ad for a new Artistic Director will be available in the next week or so.

Committee Reports

TSC :

• New TSC approved. Congratulations to Michael Lee, Deech Madhaven, and Morgan Miller.

LTT! :

• Improv shows during Open House (including Head in a Bucket)
• Preparation is under way for Black Box Improv Festival
• Some members will be attending the Gainsville Improv Festival
• Workshops Mondays, 7-9pm, Saturdays at 10am

Open House :

• Open House is in full swing
• If you are interested in light or sound op-ing or stage managing during the Experiments, let her know.

Historian (Morgan Miller) :

• She will be asking for help shortly because 30 years of history will have to be documented by Thanksgiving.

Old News

• Auditions for Macbeth this Sunday and Monday.

New News

• Attendance will be taken at all club meetings and work parties.
• Macbeth will need around 100 costumes, please come help Brad with costumes on Wednesdays from 7-9pm.
• Sofia will need help with makeup for Macbeth.
• Auditions tonight for the Experiments and Murder Mystery.
• There will be a call for people interested in being the Social Chair/ Social Futon. If you are interested in organizing social events, email Eric at President@dramatech.org
• MAL nominations open. Nominations will be open for the next week. There will be another club meeting next Wednesday to close nominations, and there will be speeches and elections then.
