Officer Reports

Business Manager (Alli Hundley) :

• Macbeth budget put together. Will be presented at next PM
• Lindsay is new Coke Czar.

Production Manager (Joseph Daigle) :

• Macbeth has started.
• Day 4. 54 to go.
• Costumes start tonight.
• Light parties Saturday at 1. Set Sundays at 1.
• New keys starting tomorrow. Policies will be explained on a need to know basis.

Marketing Director (Carlin Bright) :

• First MCM Monday. One person showed up. Email her with ideas or offers of help.

Secretary (Julie Dykas) :

• Let her know if we need new office supplies. They will be purchased this weekend.

President (Eric Sample) :

• No report

MAL (Deech Madhaven) :

• It’s his last day.

Committee Reports

LTT! :

• BBIF meeting last Saturday. It’s pretty much ready to go. Show/workshops schedules set.
• Volunteer list will be posted soon.

TSC :

• Recombo-ed last night. Ask Joseph if you need combos.
• Working on cleaning/fixing the sewing machines.

Historian (Morgan Miller) :

• Need a better way to hang posters.
• If you see a fallen poster, please put it in the box office.

Old Business :

• Email President@dramatech.org if interested in Social Chair. He will be deciding by next Wednesday.
• Status of Box Office plans: Fire Marshall has to approve any changes.

New Business :

• Costumes Wednesdays 7-9pm, Saturdays 1-5. Please come help.
• The costume dock with be raided and many things disassembled. If you have things there, remove them.
• Are we doing Bet You Won’t Stay! this year? (Too soon)
• Voting on MAL: Congrats to Brad Knebel.
