minutes for EC Meeting on tue sep 04 2007 at 07:00 pm

In Attendance: Eric Sample, Alli Hundley, Joseph Daigle, Carlin Bright, Julie Dykas, Dr. Bob Wood, Morgan Miller, Brad Wells, Brad Kneble, Lindsey Hankins, Brittany Roberts

Officer Reports :

Business Manager (Alli Hundley) :

• Most of budget is set for Macbeth
• Call for House Manager for BBIF

Production Manager (Joseph Daigle) :

• Macbeth is going strongly
• BBIF coming up in 2 weeks.
• Risers need to be up before 7pm that Wednesday (Club Meeting Day).
• 3 weeks between BBIF and Macbeth.
• BBIF and MMDT happen at same time.
• MMDT has rehearsal/tech thing which people should attend that Tuesday and Wednesday.
• We have rekeyed. If you haven’t gotten a new one, ask him.

Marketing Director (Carlin Bright) :

• We have poster designer and design (not completed) for Macbeth. Final will be due the 21st.

Secretary (Julie Dykas) :

• Didn’t manage to pick stuff up this weekend. Will happen this week.

MAL (Brad Kneble) :

• Work parties are getting started. We will try to push member participation there.
• Great crop of freshmen.

Technical Director (Brad Wells) :

• Obtained most of Class of 67 spendout. Received snap screen and other stuff. Still need chair dolly and steel to make grid spans.
• Two sewing machines cleaned and working and ready to go.
• Shopping list being made to restock the costume room.

President (Eric Sample) :

• Received a few emails about social futon. He has until Wed to decide.
• PRC will be starting soon. Call will be put out at next club meeting (sept. 12)

Dr. Bob :

• We’ll start looking at AD directors the 15th.
• We can post it on the website when we have the final list of what we’re looking for.
• EC will be sent a copy of the current list.

Committee Reports :

LTT! :

• BBIF is coming.
• Posters and post cards were picked up today, though post cards have two typos on them.
• When can an improvathon be fit in? (After Macbeth)
• Still waiting for response about UF Festival. Latest they’ll hear is the 10th.

Historian (Morgan Miller) :

• No report.

Old Business :

• After-Macbeth-Halloween thing: On hold for a little bit.

New Business :

• Improvathon scheduled for November 17th.
• P-Card usage/transfer: Alli or Brad W .can sign out the P-Card to people. Purchases can also be made if an E.C. member is present.
