Officer Reports:

Business Manager (Alli Hundley) :

• House Manager Call has been put out. No responses yet.

Production Manager (Joseph Daigle) :

• Starting a call for run crew and ops.
• Nothing coming up until Macbeth opens. Nothing to interfere with work parties except Homecoming.
• 17th is Improvathon. The next week is VT.

Marketing Director (Carlin Bright) :

• Not in Attendance, No report given.

Secretary (Julie Dykas) :

• No report.

President (Eric Sample) :

• PRC has been selected and met today.

MAL (Brad Knebel) :

• No Report

Technical Director (Brad Wells) :

• Grid span hardware is painted and ready to hang, just need to find the hanging hardware.

Dr. Bob Wood :

• AD ad should be ready to post by Friday.
• He would like a Macbeth shirt

Committee Reports:

Historian (Morgan Miller) :

• Working on going through things, a few more boxes to go through before donating to the library.
• Call has gone out for missing items, some responses.

LTT!:

• Currently in process of registering for Dirty South Improv Festival.
• Improvathon coming up.

Old Business:

• There was a proposal to either give more responsibilities to MAL or disband the position. This issue will wait until the full EC is present.
