• Putting out a call for House Manager for Macbeth, email business@dramatech.org

Production Manager (Joseph Daigle) **:

• work parties still going on Sat @ 1:00, Sun @ 1:00
• there will be a work party this sat even though there is a football game

Marketing Director (Carlin Bright) :

• poster design finalized
• many positions are NOT filled for marketing for Macbeth; email her at Marketing@dramatech.org, no experience needed

Secretary (Julie Dykas) :

• being filled in by Morgan

MAL (Brad Knebel) :

• not in attendance

President (Eric Sample) :

• PRC sign-up ends today

Technical Director (Brad Wells) :

• metal for grid is in, needs to be primed and painted

Historian (Morgan Miller) :

• Need BBIF programs if you see any please give them to her

LTT!:

• Going to Gainesville inprov festival
• registering for the Dirty South Inprov festival
• BBIF went very well!

Social Futon:

• Going to see Katie in Merry Wives of Windsor Oct 12th (may change to the 13th because of traffic) , FREE event, meeting at DT, there will be a sign up sheet in the stairwell
• if you have any suggestions of social events, contact Alli and/or Sofia

Old Business

• Discussion of possible workshops to hold (light design, illustrator, intro to tech, Shakespeare) - if there is anything about this theater that you want to learn suggest it to the EC

New Business :

• T-shit design finalized, Alli is heading up the ordering process. You have to pay for your own but they will be less than $8 a shit, she will need the money before she orders the shirt. The will be red on black with a bloody hand saying Macbeth. The more people who order a shirt the cheaper. A sign up sheet will be posted.
• The Social Futons is putting together a Halloween cocktail party the wed night of Halloween. It will be a come meet the cast and crew. They is putting together a committee to help them, email Alli at Buisness@dramatech.org to get involved.
