Business Manager (Alli Hundley) :

Talked to Kevin about money for DSIF.
Urinetown rights are in progress.

Production Manager (Joseph Daigle) :

Last week of Macbeth. Four shows left.
Strike is Sunday.
Post production probably next Monday.
VT/LTT! design stuff in progress.
Search is on for director for Urine Town. Please help. Calls for positions will go out before Spring Break.

Secretary (Julie Dykas) :

No Report.

MAL (Brad Knebel) :

No Report.

Technical Director (Brad Wells) :

Our Emphasis server is ready at Barbizon. Our board will go in Monday for service.

Committee Reports:

Historian (Morgan Miller) :

Purchased two boxes to hold our posters. More stuff needs to be sorted before being turned in to the library.

Improvathon is on 17th.
VT/LTT! shows the 29th, 30th, 31st.
Emailed Jay about the order of show.
Invited to perform at a holiday party on 30th. May conflict with VT/LTT!
Invited to participate in Second Life by LCC.

Social Futon

Seeing James’s show in Decatur on Friday.
Might do Christmas Secret Santa again this year.

PRC :

No meeting today. The plays should be in next week.

Old Business :

Many people think we need a design computer. TSC needs to come up with a cost quote and exactly what we’ll need/want to purchase. They shall present this next week.

New Business:

Need to figure out how to select people for the AD Committee. The EC will approve a couple of people. The E.C. chose Julie Dykas and Brittany Roberts. Deech Madhaven will be the alternative.
