In Attendance: Eric Sample, Joseph Daigle, Carlin Bright, Julie Dykas, Brad Wells, Morgan Miller, Dr. Bob, Brad Knebel, Deech Madhaven, Mike Lee, Lindsey Hankins

Officer Reports:

Business Manager (Alli Hundley) :

Not present.

Production Manager (Joseph Daigle) :

UrineTown production stuff has started. Positions are pretty much secure.
Sound design/engineering is still needed.
Auditions are next Saturday and Sunday.
One act auditions have started and are going well.
Designers are needed.
Work parties start this weekend.
On the 21st and 22nd the Black Box may be borrowed by CFA.

Marketing Director (Carlin Bright) :

Two plays coming up.
Marketing for auditions has started, more will happen before the next round.
Marketing recruitment for next shows will start soon.

Secretary (Julie Dykas) :

Information on positions has been posted.
Supply run will happen soon if we need anything.

President (Eric Sample) :

Semester is starting off busy. Elections and banquet stuff.
The EC and info mailing lists have been changed. EC is only being sent to EC, Dr. Bob, and FoDT, other people will be added to info.
Trying to get MTI contract through legal.
Urinetown scripts are slightly further around.

MAL (Brad Knebel) :

No report.

Technical Director (Brad Wells) :

There were almost problems with our storage space, but it has been averted.
He will get a P-Card.

Dr. Bob Wood:

Two more telephone interviews. We will bring some in for face-to-face interviews.

Committee Reports:

TSC:

Recomboing. (Done.)
Props dock cleanup and costume dock re-org will happen. Dates needs to be set.

Historian (Morgan Miller) :

Turned everything in to library (1970-2003).
Working on putting together files (2003-present).

LTT!:

Might need to split some workshops up, because they have so many people.
Still waiting for performance slot to be finalized as DSIF.
New publicity wolf will be electing next week.
They may get their own show in March.

PRC:

Went through first three straight plays today. The other three will be gone over next week, and they will pick four to present to the club.
The slates will be presented to the club on February 27th

Old Business:

There is now a design computer.

New Business:

Beautification Day was excellent.
E.C. meetings for the rest of the semester: Tuesdays at 6pm.
