Officer Reports:

Business Manager () :

• Production Manager (Joseph Daigle) :

• Will need a replacement Props Designer/Manager for the Urinetown.
• Needs a rehearsal schedule for Urinetown.

Marketing Director (Carlin Bright) :

• Things are moving forward with the One Acts. Needs help.
• Posters should be in soon.

Secretary (Julie Dykas) :

• Ballots have been printed and absentee ballots are available

President (Eric Sample) :

• Not present.

MAL (David Quigley) :

• No report

Technical Director (Brad Wells) :

• Still doesn’t have a P-Card. Will check on it soon.
• Is starting a full time job, so will resign here eventually, though will probably finish out the semester.

Dr. Bob Wood:

• One of the AD Candidates will be coming through tomorrow. He can meet and talk to people before and after elections.
• There will be two more people coming through at some point.

Committee Reports:

TSC:

• Needs default show file to be stored on Emphasis.

Historian (Morgan Miller) :

• Will be asking for stuff from a gap in our history.

LTT!:

• Still needs a date for Improvathon.
• Going to DSIF in three weeks.
• Had first meeting for BBIF, needs a date.

Social Futon:

• PRC:

• Has decided on the four shows that will be submitted for the club to choose from.
• This week discussing musicals.
• Will be in touch with Karla Jennings who has written several plays inspired by DramaTech, so that those plays can be considered for the 09-2010 slate.

• Puppet thing going on at Tech. They need some more spaces during July. It’s something to consider.
