minutes for Club Meeting on wed nov 28 2007 at 06:00 pm

Officer Reports:

Business Manager (Alli Hundley) :

• Urinetown scripts have been secured.

Production Manager (Joseph Daigle) :

• Spring one acts will be Waiting for Godot and The Valiant - Eric has put out a call for directors. Students are welcome. E-mail Eric for details.
• I am putting out a call for Stage Managers for the one acts. I will need one stage manager overseeing the whole production, and 2 ASMs (1 dedicated to each one act). - email joseph.
• This is not an official call for technical positions for the one acts (I need to know who the directors are first) - but I will be needing a set designer/master carp. And light designer/master elect - these are 4 great positions for someone with little or no experience because I can pair you up with someone that is experience - please e-mail joseph if you are interested in any of these.
• Search of Urinetown director continues
• I am putting out a call for Stage management for Urine town - e-mail joseph
• This is not a call for technical positions for urine town (need to know who is directing and such) - but I will be needing set designer/master carp/ld/master elect/props/costumes/etc. - any interest, please e-mail joseph

Marketing Director (Carlin Bright) :

• Tell everyone you know that there is a show Thursday-Saturday.
• Let her know if you want to help with the box office.

Secretary (Julie Dykas) :

• No report.

MAL (Brad Knebel) :

• Costume cleanup is postponed until next semester.
• This is his last club meeting as MAL

President (Eric Sample) :

• Elections for EC for next year will be very early next semester, opening nominations at the first club meeting.

Technical Director (Brad Wells) :

• Board is away for repair, should be back soon.

Committee Reports

Historian (Morgan Miller) :

• Archival stuff should be picked up Friday.

LTT!:

• Shows this weekend. Newbie show is Friday.

Social Futon:

• After opening night, there will be food and midnight bowling.
• Secret Santa is underway. The reveal will happen as a potluck.
• Planning for next week is under way. If you have suggestions, let them know.

PRC:

• They have most of the plays, they will be reading them over break.
