Officers in Attendance: Eric Sample, Carlin Bright, Joseph Daigle, Julie Dykas, Brad Knebel Officer Reports:

Business Manager (Alli Hundley) :

• Is no longer business manager.
• Whoever is elected Business Manager in two weeks will take over for the rest of the semester.

Production Manager (Joseph Daigle) **:

• Two shows have begun. Work parties begin this weekend for everything.
• If anyone is interested in helping design the set for the one acts, let him know. Run crew will also be necessary eventually.

Marketing Director (Carlin Bright) :

• We have two shows coming up. There is a poster design for one, and almost for the other.
• If you’re interesting in helping with publicity, let her know, and pay attention to your email.

Secretary (Julie Dykas) :

• Made MAL election ballots.

MAL (Brad Knebel) :

• Help Joseph and Carlin fill their spots. He can help next MAL if he needs it.

President (Eric Sample) :

• EC elections:
• Nominations close today, candidates will have a week to work on their platforms and give speeches next week. Platforms will also be available at that time. Elections will take place on the 30th, and questions can be asked of them then.

Technical Director (Brad Wells) :

• Is getting a P-Card. This should help spending issues, but it will never leave his possession.

Committee Reports

Historian (Morgan Miller) :

• No report.

LTT!:

• Nominations have taken place for Pub Wolf.

Social Futon:

• Alli is no longer on the futon, so it’s now a chair.
• There is a lockin this weekend. If you would like to help set up, come early on Friday. There will be food and beverages, but feel free to bring some.
• There are plans to have an activity every week. If you know anything about laser tag, race tracks, or roller blading let her know.

PRC:

• Meeting times have been moved to Thursdays at 6pm.

Old Business

• None.
• No one has expressed interest in Banquet Chair thus far. If you want to see Banquet happen, be Banquet Chair.

New Business :

• Costume parties will take place on Wednesdays at 7pm, starting today. Please come.
• EC nominations are now closed.
• MAL nominations are closed.
