• Paperwork for the P-Card got lost.

Production Manager (Joseph Daigle) :

• Show opens Friday. Preview Thursday, risers go up Wednesday.

Marketing Director (Carlin Bright) :

• First Marketing Class meeting today at 6:30.
• Very little response from the club about helping with shows. Need to figure something out.
• Working on publicity for Waiting For Godot and the Valiant.

Secretary (Julie Dykas) :

• Minutes are up to date on the website.

President (Eric Sample) :

• No report.

MAL (David Quigley) :

• Not present.

Dr. Bob Wood:

• Still working on a date for the last AD candidate.

• Meeting tomorrow to discuss themes and possible hosts.

Historian (Morgan Miller) :

• List of missing items was emailed out. There has been some response but nothing has been brought in yet.

• Not present.

PRC:

• Presenting plays on the 27th. They have been announced via website and email, and the scripts are available in the green room. Voting will take place on March 12th.
