In Attendance: Eric Sample, Carlin Bright, Julie Dykas, Scott McGraw, Joseph Daigle, David Quigley, Dr. Bob Wood, David Hollis, Mike Lee, Deech Madhaven, Melinda Ellington, Stephanie Sellers, Morgan Miller

Officer Reports:

Business Manager (Scott McGraw) :

• Took in revenue from the double feature.
• Reimbursements have been turned in to Nihn. They should be here soon.

Production Manager (Joseph Daigle) :

• One show down, one to go.
• Black Box is dedicated to Urinetown for the rest of the semester (except Improvathon.)
• Things are fine.

Marketing Director (Carlin Bright) :

• Urinetown publicity seems to be going okay. Should have a poster tomorrow.

Secretary (Julie Dykas) :

• Going office supply shopping after this meeting.
• Ready for PRC voting.

President (Eric Sample) :

• Contacted by Dave V. at Professional Actors’ Studio. They would like to form a partnership between our theater and their studio, particularly with marketing.

MAL (David Quigley) :

• No report.

Dr. Bob Wood:

• We will get feedback from the club about the AD choices at the meeting tomorrow, but we are pretty sure we know who we want to go with.

Committee Reports:

TSC:

• No report.

Historian (Morgan Miller) :

• Jess donated a large amount of LTT! historical stuff. Morgan will look into creating an archive for LTT! in the library.

LTT!:

• DSIF went well.
• Now have directors for all of the Urinetown shows: Matthew Falkenburg, Robert Lowe, Russell Brooks.

Social Futon:

• Not present.

PRC:

• Presenting the shows tomorrow. Voting will be on the 12th.

Banquet:

• We will have a theme tonight.

Old Business:

• FoDT plaque: The guy will come by in mid March to look at the space.

New Business:

• None.
