Officer Reports:

Business Manager (Scott McGraw) :

• Nihn will have reimbursements by Thursday.
• Sofia will be house manager for Urinetown.
• Payments are in for Director and Musical Director of Urinetown

Production Manager (Joseph Daigle) :

• Not present.

Marketing Director (Carlin Bright) :

• Poster has been proofed and should be printed soon.

Secretary (Julie Dykas) :

• No report.

President (Eric Sample) :

• In May (around 14-18) there will be an Olympic Qualifying competition in the Ferst Center and they will be using our space.

MAL (David Quigley) :

• No report.

Dr. Bob Wood:

• Hiring process is going slowly and smoothly.
• Interviews with the Dean should be after the break.
• There is some stuff in Greg’s old office that June doesn’t want. DT and FoDT may want some of it. (Plays, memorabilia, etc.)

Committee Reports:

TSC:

• Rod came and looked at the sprinkler system.
• They will move the supply pipe to the wall.
• The lights cabinet lock has been fixed.
• Got rid of the old dimmers (donated to Actors Express)

Historian (Morgan Miller) :

• No report.

LTT!:

• Had elections yesterday. Congrats to MC (new leader) and David Quigley (PM) and they’ve narrowed down the banquet awards.
• Have directors for Urinetown. Rob Lowe would like a donation box for his show.

PRC:

• Voting is this week.

Banquet:

• Invitations will hypothetically go out the week after Spring Break.
• Sign up sheets for auditions will be in stairwell.
• Need list of LTT! members from this year and last.
• Need Dean Dull’s address.
