minutes for EC Meeting on tue apr 15 2008 at 06:00 pm

In Attendance: Eric Sample, Carlin Bright, Julie Dykas, David Quigley, Scott McGraw, Morgan Miller, Melinda Ellington, David Hollis, Dr. Bob Wood

Officer Reports:

Business Manager (Scott McGraw) :

• Had four shows last week. Friday and Saturday sold very well.
• Something has held up Jerry’s payment, Scott is looking into it.

Production Manager (Joseph Daigle) :

• Come to Strike

Marketing Director (Carlin Bright) :

• Marketing for Urinetown is still going on.
• Chalking after tomorrow’s meeting.
• Has started working of FASET. We will have a booth. If you’re interested in helping with that let her know.

Secretary (Julie Dykas) :

• No report

President (Eric Sample) :

• Last EC meeting of the semester.
• Olympics are coming to CFA the first week of Summer Semester. (May 14-18)
• Black Box will have to be completely cleared. DramaTech will be closed those days.
• We’ll have to schedule several set/cleaning parties before then to get everything cleaned and organized.

MAL (David Quigley) :

• The internet is screwed up. Can someone fix it? (Answer: We could look into getting GTWireless installed.)

Dr. Bob Wood:

• Melissa has officially accepted the position.
• She will be taking over Greg’s office.

Committee Reports:

TSC:

• Procured flammables cabinet.
• Props dock cleanup has started.
• Put in request for missing junction box cover and necessary signs.
• A/C is fixed upstairs.
• Almost ready for the return of the fire marshal.
• The cage will have to go from a combination lock to a key lock so the fire marshal can get back there. This will probably be the production key.

Historian (Morgan Miller) :

• We have Klimchak’s DVD.
• Macbeth is almost done, and will probably be available for about $1 per DVD.

LTT!:

• Show on Saturday. MC will be leader next year.

Banquet:

• Centerpieces have arrived.
• Should be able to get tables from CFA after all.

Old Business:

• We should get a toaster for the green room.
